1. Purpose and price

No Phone No Panic sells the No Phone No Panic Workshop: a 60-minute session to build and test the customer's digital recovery system. Price: €9.90, VAT (21%) included, one-time payment. The prior free test has no cost and is not a purchase.

2. Binding language

The Spanish version of these terms (/terminos) is the binding one. Any translation into another language, including this English page, is offered as a courtesy; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.

3. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. If the Workshop is digital content or a service delivered immediately after purchase, Spanish regulation (art. 103 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers) allows you to lose that right if you give your express consent for it to start before the 14 days end and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. That consent is collected with an explicit, separate checkbox at the time of payment — it is not valid if pre-checked or hidden within the general terms text.

4. Refunds and warranty

5. Complaints channel

There is no physical establishment open to the public, so no physical complaints form applies. The complaints channel is [email protected], with a target response time of 5 business days.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and without prejudice to the rights consumer regulation grants the customer, the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
